This is a piece of Wedgwood that has been mounted inside a frame. Frame measures 13.5" X 7.25" while the Wedgwood piece measures approx. 3" x 9.25". Blue jasperware piece with white figures of cupids posing as the four seasons, see and enlarge photos. Highly detailed, very clean. No damage.
