Hand crafted hybrid mattress with a 72/28 pocket spring to fillings ratio ensuring premium support and comfort. The hybrid mattress system is formed using a combination of an individually wrapped pocket sprung system coupled with an adaptive memory foam layer and hypo allergenic premium fillings all encapsulated in a breathable damask cover. The hybrid mattress provides the comfort and pressure relief of a foam mattress with the additional reflex support of a pocket sprung system.

Built with adaptive textile technology which uses the energy of the body to accelerate moisture wicking, evaporation and cooling ensuring optimum sleep temperature and improvement in sleep quality. Adaptive breathable memory foam layer moulds perfectly to your body and responds dynamically to environmental changes ensuring optimum comfort is provided as required. Premium polycotton blend fillings are hypoallergenic, breathable and cooling ensuring a restful and temperature regulated nights sleep.

Features unrivalled 7 zoned support technology. Zoned areas to ensure greater support to different areas of the body as required. We offer delivery throughout the UK with tracking. However, we charge an additional amount to deliver to certain postcodes where it is difficult for the courier services to reach you.

For delivery to the above postcodes, offshore islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland please contact us for a quote first as additional costs may be charged by the courier.

3- 5 Day Delivery

Our 3-5 working day delivery service normally operates from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, between the hours of 7.00am - 8.00pm. Please note there is a 3 working day dispatch time due to your mattress being handmade. All deliveries are to ground floor only. Once your order has been received, we will confirm details and upon dispatch advise on delivery dates. Prior to the delivery taking place you will be advised on a 3 hour slot and provided tracking details. If you require further advance notification please get in touch.

We have rigorous quality control in place and thoroughly inspect your mattress before it is dispatched. Rarely goods can be damaged in transit hence when signing for the delivery please check the mattress for any damages, dirt marks, rips or tears before proceeding to sign for the item, if signed for this means you have received the item in perfect condition and are happy with the condition and quality of the mattress. If signed, later you discover its damaged it will be very difficult to honour a claim against the couriers so no refund will be given.

Please also have a MOBILE NUMBER linked to your eBay account so we can make sure there are no delays with your delivery. Please bear in mind that taking days off work in order to receive or return a mattress will not be compensated for.

Returns

If you wish to return any unwanted goods to us, please notify us immediately. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have in the first instance. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods, please ensure the goods are in their original packaging and have not been opened. A refund cannot be authorised if these requirements have not been followed

Should your goods arrive to you with obvious signs of carriage damage, you can either refuse the delivery, or sign the delivery note as received damaged. If you accept the delivery without acting as per the aforementioned, we are unable to claim for damage during transit and therefore will not be able to process your refund.

The pictures for the mattress display a variety of fabric and quilt patterns which meet the mattress build quality stated in the description.. Although there might be some variation in pattern and design of the mattress which you receive than what is shown in the pictures, there is no variation in quality and the mattress build will be as stated in the description. Please contact us for further information or if you would like a particular fabric design being incorporated in the build of your mattress as displayed in the pictures.

Mattress Depth

Please note that the depth of the mattress will be approximately 10 inches. This is slightly variable due to comfort grading specified and size of mattress.

Handles

Please note handles are not installed on mattress to ensure longevity and mattress structural integrity. As mattress is non flip handles are not needed and would reduce structural integrity of the border
