Checked on bmxmuseum and Maximum or Free Agent would be most similar to this frame.

Free agents usually have a round brake bridge and a small gusset plate under the downtube at the headtube.

Maximum has a similar look yet the dropout and brake bridge have subtle differences.

VDC had pattern of putting serials upside down on dropout.
