Vintage skirt, unsure of era. Curious print of swirls in burgundy and cream. The more you look, the more the print seems a bit risqué. ( could be ‘swimmers?)

Waist is a teeny 23”.

Condition: quite a bit of scattered spots of foxing on the skirt.
