W2 Worm Drive Clamps

Our Worm Drive Clamps are produced according to DIN 3017 standard with 9mm 

The screw housing is a mechanical locking system which improves effective tightening and helps early sealing even at low torque values. It also allows the housing to resist much higher torque values before any misshape compared to other housing designs.

The clamps are stamped and smooth on the inside with rolled edges to protect the hose from any damage.

How To Install:

Make sure you have a Slotted Screwdriver or flexi driver and loosen the bolt enough to get over the pipe or hose.

Slide clamp over hose.

Connect hose to connector, make sure the connector is far enough in,
tighten the bolt up firmly, do not exceeding the recommend torque.

Test it's tight enough you're done 

How To Decide on The Size:
Always measure the outside (O.D) of the hose, not the internal diameter (I.D), then match the outside diameter of the hose to the inside diameter of the clamp. If the hose is 57mm outside diameter use a 50-70mm clamp.

How To Remove:

Loosen the clamp bolt enough, you can slide it with no effort along without damaging the hose.

Take the hose off the connector and slide the hose clamp off.
