- The coverage area extends
from Highgate to Eltham, between
Hammersmith and North Woolwich, and among the other named areas and
locations
are Westminster, Tower Hamlets, Lambeth, Hyde Park, River Thames,
Battersea Park,
Shoot-Up Hill, Greenwich, Vauxhall Bridge, Finsbury, and Marylebone.
- The map was compiled by John
Bartholomew and issued in the 9th edition of the Encyclopædia
Britannica, published by Charles Scribner's Sons, New York,
in 1882.
- Condition: It is in excellent condition,
with a vertical center fold, as issued, and no
marks, rips, or tears. It is blank on the back, with no printing
on the reverse
side. Be sure to take a look at the scans and feel free to ask any
