-You're purchasing a priority repair reservation for your Fluke cable analyzer with your $1.00 payment.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

-After purchasing the reservation, we'll send you a message through Ebay messaging with shipping instructions. A service request form (see last picture in listing--CONTACT) will be provided to fill out and send in with your unit. Please list symptoms and any noted problems in the allotted space on the form to aid in a quick diagnosis and repair protocol by our technicians.

-After receiving your equipment, our technicians will perform an evaluation (1-3 business days), and a firm quote and work proposal will be emailed for approval, prior to any work being performed. 

-After approval, we'll send you an invoice for payment of the approved work proposal and complete the repair/calibration within 5 to 10 business days(depending on part availability). After completion of the work, we will cover shipping charges and return your repaired/calibrated equipment to you. 

-We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs for malfunction relating to the original problem, water and physical damage not included.
