yes, pictures will be provided to the buyer after the purchase has been made - reason is there is other fradulent sellers that copy our autographs and use it in their store so we place a small logo to prevent that.

What is your refund policy?
we have our forever return policy, what that means is all of our buyers can have their items returned even after the 60 day period if they change their mind. just have the shipment sent back to our office in the original condition that was sent and our buyer will have their items cost refunded! 

Can you provide authentication COA or LOA?

Can you help me lower the custom and duties fee?
we enter the EXACT amount of the cost goods at the customs.
Kindly do not ask us to adjust fee amount if it is high value item as it will be insured,
the receiver would deal with its custom tax depending on your country.

Is my album/ photocard/ or magazine protected?
All of our records/photocards/magazines are safely packed and sealed in titanshield
sleeves after taking pictures which prevents bent corners/ scratches/ dirty fingers and
spill(100 microns judge approval) if item value exceeds $100+ it will be shipped in a
premium 3X4 toploader for extra protection.

What is my tracking number? 
due to current pandemix situation the tracking number doesn't update until the package is picked up after three to five business days. we understand how important this is for you so we work and ship it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so you get immediately notified when we hear back from the courier.
