We charge for shipping for insurance and tracking.  We offer multiple shipping options for you to choose from, and local pickup if you are in the area.  If you need it faster than the choices offered, let us know ahead of time, before purchasing, and we can make adjustments to shipping to accommodate. 

We are a liquidation retail store, and sometimes we get items in that do not sell in our brick and mortar storefront.  We do our best to figure out all the details of an item.  If the item has an identification tag, we will use that to identify and describe the item, but sometimes we have to use Google to figure out what the item is and for.  

The item pictured is the item that you will receive, unless there are multiple items listed.  You can request a photo of the item you will receive, if there are more than one of that item.
