This is the Department 56 “Peppermint Skating Party” hand painted porcelain house and accessories. This is a 6 piece set and includes all pieces.

This item is in good condition with no chips or cracks present. It includes the original box and packaging. The box is in good condition with some wear around the edges due to age (can be seen in photos). The edges are slightly bent.

This item was in a smoking household. The items were only displayed temporarily during the holidays and some pieces were never displayed at all. Packaging may smell like smoke, however there is no noticeable staining on the figurines.
