This is the Department 56 “Santa’s Bell Repair” hand painted porcelain house. This accessory is #56389.

This also includes the original heritage village booklet with photos of different sets.

This includes the working original light. This item is in good condition with no chips or cracks present. It includes the original box and packaging. The box is in good condition with some wear around the edges due to age (can be seen in photos). The edges are slightly bent.

This item was in a smoking household. The items were only displayed temporarily during the holidays and some pieces were never displayed at all. Packaging may smell like smoke, however there is no noticeable staining on the figurines.
