This is an old stock certificate from the Consolidated Gregory Company, issued to W. H. Barrett for 100 shares on June 18, 1869 and signed by Vice President C. P. Pick and Secretary H. Hanington (these names are as near as I can tell, may actually be a bit different).  This is an early Colorado Territory certificate from the famous Gregory Lode mining operation in Central City.  Details about the operation can be found in Hollister's "The Mines of Colorado" (p. 147-149).
