A great quality vintage theatrical long coat in pure wool medium weight fabric.  Has been used for Shakespeare plays - and also used in a Tudor Play, Wolf Hall.  Would also be good for Victorian/Edwardian walking costume - or Steampunk.
Could be worn as a fine quality evening coat any time.
In pale lemon and cream wool with a geometric pattern - the coat has a cropped collar and is shaped to flare from the waist.  There are brown wooden buttons down the front but the button holes are fake, as made to wear open over a costume dress ( not included)
Long fitted sleeves.  The coat is not lined.
Size - bust size 36 inches - pit to pit 18 1/2 inches with coat slightly open at the front.  Shoulder to shoulder 17 inches.  Sleeve from shoulder to cuff 25 inches.  Length of coat from nape of neck to hem 54 inches.
Good wearable condition but would benefit from dry cleaning to freshen.
