Signed David B Grindle To Jessica and Vlad 12-30-2015. David Grindle worked alongside friend and mentor Italo Scanga in 1991, collaborating on the “Tree Series” where he did the metal work of the sculptures. A couple of years laters, Scanga introduced him to Dale Chihuly and his interest in art glass flourished. Scanga encouraged him to take on the glass medium. After his move to the east coast, he took classes at his local community college in Pennsylvania. His work is greatly influenced by Dale and his art shows it. He is also known for the repair and restoration work on the Holocaust Memorial for The Jewish Federation in Greater Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in the mid 1990’s and again in the early 2000’s


CONDITION: In great condition. Some natural forming air bubbles. Some light surface markings/scratches and small chips to the large basket’s pontil.
