 DEPOSIT $1000.  If the sale is completed the full deposit amount will be refunded to the Buyer.  If the sale is not completed due to Buyer default or cancellation or withdrawal the Buyer will be refunded the deposit less any costs incurred by the seller for closing expenses.

 

TAXES, MAINTENANCE CHARGES: Seller has paid the maintenance and taxes for usage year 13 October 2023 to 12 October 2024.  As such the seller has reserved the timeshare week during this period.   Any maintenance charges, and taxes accruing thereafter will be the Buyer’s responsibility. Buyer usage shall begin Oct 13^th, 2024.
