We ship all product after 24hours of successfull payment via Registered AU Post. 

All products are located and shipped from SYDNEY NSW location.

It is your responsibility to purchase correct key to your car. We are not responsible if you purchase not suitable key to your car

We encourage you to contact us before purchasing to make sure the key you are buying is compatible to your car. 

Return must be initiated with 7 days of receiving the goods.The item must be in its original condition. There is no exception of this rule.

We will NOT accept return if the key blade has already been cut and remote/smart key already been paired to a vehicle or the product has been altered in any way from its original condition.
