Due to the recent increased number of impatient buyers, I feel it is necessary to explain dispatch times.

I have a 5 working day dispatch time set on all of my items. Unless an emergency happens, I always dispatch within this time frame. This could be on working day 1 or on day 5.

I would respectfully ask that you don't chase me asking when the item will be dispatched. When I send it, I will mark it as sent, and you will be able to see this.

I don't run my ebay account as a business  on top of this I have a full time job as well as a family and this is what works for me.
