shoes at a golf shop or department store or tournament shoes used for 
trying on to determine correct sizing.  Some of these imperfections will include pen or 
scuff marks, excess glue, smudges, discolorations from florescent lights, etc.

and taken pictures of the shoes, they will not be able to be returned under the claim of "Arrived Damaged"
