It’s time to start cleaning out 50 years of record buying. These LPs are sold as is. These have been play-graded. The play grades follow. They are VERY conservative. See the feedback on used LPs for confirmation of the level of conservative.
All LPs have been cleaned on a VPI 17 cleaner using VPI cleaner and then put in new Diskeeper inner sleeves. LPs that needed to be dewarped were treated in an ORB DF-01i Disk Flattener. Sometimes for numerous cycles.

Are you tired of having a record described as "shiny" or "can't feel the marks" only to have it play G or worse? That's why I play grade these. The grades are as follows (modified Goldmine standards [mine are more rigorous]):
NM - almost nothing plays this level - even sealed records!
M- - a few ticks or pops per side. Quiet background and vinyl. This rarely happens.
VG+ - More than a few ticks or pops per side. Quiet background and vinyl. The noise only rarely makes itself known and, for the most part, doesn't interfere with the music. This is about as good as it gets for any vinyl.
VG -The background is no longer quiet. However, for the most part, the music overpowers the noise.
VG- - The noise is sometimes intrusive.
G+ - The noise is often intrusive, but the music is usually enjoyable.
G - Only sometimes is the music enjoyable.
F (Fair) - Noisy.
P (poor) - Your stylus is at risk!!!
Ratings were made using a Immedia RPM 1.5 turntable with its clamp, a Wheaton TriPlanar III tonearm with an Ortophon Red cartridge through a VAC Avatar integrated amp driving Celestion 600 speakers. Though I try to be accurate and consistent, your perception may differ. Before each side was played the stylus was brushed and the record was brushed clean and Zerostated.
The cover condition is listed. Anything rating below VG+ (typically dinged corners drop it from M-) may have explanatory notes - splits, wear, stains, etc. The pictures should help. The LPs will be removed and shipped outside the jackets to prevent (further) ring wear or splitting. As you may deduce, the sound of the LP and the music is more important to this seller than the condition of the cover. If you are equally (or more) interested in the cover condition and the music, email before bidding.
