The 383rd separate brigade of unmanned aviation complexes (military unit A3808) is a unit of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine armed with unmanned aerial vehicles. The brigade belongs to the units directly subordinated to the command of the Air Force.
There is a hard Velcro on the back of patches (chevrons).
This will help to fix the chevron on a military uniform, other clothes, a backpack, a baseball cap and other tactical products, where there is a place for such an accessory (soft Velcro). Thanks to it, if necessary, the patch (chevron) can be easily removed and moved to a new place.
