This is a lot of 2 kits by Bucilla, featuring ribbon embroidery which
is a form of crewel embroidery.
The first is "Ribbon Embroidery
Floral Magic #40999 dated 1994,
to be done as two heart shaped
pins or brooches, each 2" across.
The kit includes stamped moire
fabric, ribbon, pearls, cotton
embroidery floss, needles,
gold-tone hearts, pin backs and
complete embroidery and finishing
instructions. (Apparently this kit
has ribbon that is not silk)
Next is also Bucilla, "Silk Ribbon
Embroidery Forget-Me-Knot"
#41166, dated 1995, which makes
up into an "easy and elegant
heirloom gift box." The finished
box will measure approx.
3 1/2" by 3 1/4."
The kit includes 100% silk
ribbon, stamped moire fabric,
fabric for sides and bottom,
cotton embroidery floss, lace,
needle and easy-to-follow
instructions. (Cardboard for
box construction, batting and
lining material must be
purchased separately)
