Vintage Fan made by Dominion Electric Corporation out of Mansfield, Ohio.  

This fan runs well but does have a squeak.  Does not appear to have an on or off switch. One speed. It is a little dirty. A few small chips on paint.

11 inches tall x 8 inches wide

Base is 6 inches deep by 4 1/2 inches wide
