Very cool piece of prison made folk art. I knew the man that made this, who passed away 5on years ago. He was incarcerated 1980-1983 and chose to make this a to pass the time. Cigarette wrapper art. Hours and hours were invested into this frame. Made from Kohl’s and designed to hold two pictures. Roughly 14 x 12. Koolest thing you’ll see today.
