Return Policy
We accept product returns Within 30 Days of Purchase Delivery. PLEASE contact us ===> HERE prior to requesting a return - we are often able to waive return/restocking fees in that way. ALL returns must be authorized. Return items must be returned in the condition received including outer packaging. Items returned missing outer or product packaging, documentation, or accessories are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items that are not returned in the condition received (for example new items that have been used or have blemishes or damages) are subject to a separate 25% or more restocking fee, depending on condition. We'll provide a return label if there was an error on our part or a product defect. The cost of shipping for other returns is the customer's responsibility.
Product Warranty
This item includes a One-Year End-User Warranty covering manufacturer defect for end users. For non-end-user customers, this warranty is limited to 90 days. In the event of product failure, we will either provide repair service (if available) or a replacement product.
