An animated film is comprised of thousands of individually painted cells, which photographed one after another, create the illusion of movement. 

Each of these sericels is created by a special art process to replicate the look and feel of an original animations cel. To produce this cel, a number of master separations are prepared from original art. Each color is applied to a clear acetate sheet and perfect registration. 

The multi colored cel is overlaid onto a high-quality full color lithographic background. The result is an original work of art.
