Battery operated LED security lamp.

Manufactured by Seikosangyo (Sangyo) in Japan.

This is a battery operated red LED blink light.  The idea is to place this on the top of the dash under the windshield, turn it on, and the red LED light will blink, at a frequency similar to a security system's armed status lamp.

Back in the 90's, not a lot of vehicles will come with factory alarm systems and aftermarket systems usually have the security light installed somewhere on the dash panel near the driver side, low near the switches.  With this unit, it is a quick and simple way to fake a security system, installed by double sided tape and stuck on top of the dash, highly visible area.

Runs off a CR2032 battery and last about 1 year.  It got a on/off switch so you can turn it off if you want.

In excellent condition, tested working, battery is included but not sure how long it will last.

Don't think they sell these anymore as most vehicle comes standard with the security alarm these days.
