Harley-Davidson HOG Patch 2001 ORIGINAL Harley Owners Group . It is used. It has been sewn on to a leather vest but was cut out with vest still attached. Not sure it it is ironed on underneath or not. Stitching might be able to be removed and patch applied to something else.
