This suit is pre-owned and does have a couple small stains(nothing serious), some dirt/dust around the hems from walking, as well as a couple small alterations with thread that could possibly be removed. However I am not an expert in fabrics so I am leaving the possibilities of cleaning to the buyer for whatever approach they deem best. The main body and fabric is is good condition and has little to no tears beyond some wear in areas with a lot of movement. The model in the photo wears large shirts and it is slightly too big for her. Though she said it id fit comfortably. There is no tag to confirm the size nor the fabric.
