I have never seen this toy before. Looks to be 1950's or earlier.  Made by a company called CASTCO out of New York. Box measures 10 1/4" x 16" x 1 1/2".  Looks like it is missing 5 of the smaller parts.  Box in good condition with a small puncture near the bottom of the front of the box.
