Including the iconic circular kitchen complete with the skylight and  

Sputnik light fixture. The original table, chairs and bar stools are included. 

All new plumbing , wiring, birch paneling, wood flooring and insulation have

been installed. It has a new breaker box and an on-demand water heater.

We have included two new 12,000 BTU mini-splits . ( still in the boxes)
