PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment for all transactions via PayPal through eBay checkout only. Winning bidder must make payment within 7 days of auction close. If payment is not received within 7 days, a nonpayment dispute will be filed and item(s) will no longer be available for purchase. Sorry; no exceptions. All PayPal payments must be in a single transaction. 

OUR RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns (excluding lots, swimwear, lingerie, health, beauty and fragrance items, and where specified). You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs. 

We will be happy to issue you a refund if the item is in the same condition as originally shipped.  Items must be returned within 30 days in its original, unused condition including all packaging, tags and labels.  Tags and labels must remain attached in its original form.  If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes, or smoke, the item(s) will be mailed back to you at customer expense.  Shipping costs are not refundable in this situation. 

You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise purchased.   Items with "Free Shipping" will have the original postage amount deducted from the refund. When we receive your package, we will process the return within 14 business days of receipt.

RESTOCKING FEE

There is a 20-percent restocking fee on any returned item.  The 20-percent restocking fee will be applied toward your next purchase with us.  For example, if your next purchase is $20 and you paid an $8 restocking fee on your returned item, we will apply an $8 credit toward your $20 purchase, leaving a balance of $12 towards your new purchase.  

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: 

 ·         Discounted and private sale items are FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED. 

 ·         Items sold in Lots are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 ·         Swimwear, lingerie, health, beauty and fragrance items, and where specified cannot be returned or exchanged.
