Preowned, in nice condition. The dog is about 9” tall and 10” long. One of the back wheels has a couple of small indents in it but it appears varnished over and in the manufacture. The dog attaches to the wheels with Hook And Loop so it can be removed, as can the lead. The lead is about 22” long. The dog’s bandana contains crinkle/rattle fabric. Please see photos.
