When we manufacture and/or import, there is a risk that one in a thousand that may not work properly, that what we called Manufacture Defect. We have a very simple policy for items that arrive in non-working condition: simply contact us via telephone or message us so we can assist you in the return/exchange process.DAMAGED ITEMSWe have a very strict quality control process. All items are inspected and/or tested before they leave our warehouse. If you think that you have received a damaged item, please contact us and we will assist you in the return/exchange process.RETURNSContact us via messaging or our phone number before performing any returns.Shipping fees are covered by us if you receive the wrong part due to our shipping errors.
