This is a great new action figure, made as part of a new run for The Vintage Collection of Star Wars figures. This series features new toy figures released in packaging based on the classic Kenner designs. 

As you can see, this is a Rebel Soldier in the Echo Base Battle Gear from the Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. It's roughly 3.75 inches tall. 

The packaging is still sealed and in good condition overall. The card is a little curled and there's a little scuffing on the plastic bubble (pictures #3, #4 and #5). There's a little edge wear (pictures #7 and #8).
