For your consideration is this late-'50s Zanuso-style sleeper sofa. This elegant and simple form coverts seamlessly from a sofa to a small (30" x 77" when the back support is laid back) bed, with several adjustable positions in between. Professionally reupholstered in an absolutely beautiful Ocean Turquoise velveteen only about a year ago, it does not need to be cleaned and it's showroom beautiful. The original orange tweed an be seen still attached in several areas, and it's hard to say which looks better. There is no badge nor markings, and while it is very Italian-inspired, I would guess it may be American-made. This is a truly stunning possibly one-of-a-kind mid-century sofa with modern versatility, don't miss out.
