A very smooth sturdy and stable tripod with a PH-157Q Pan head with quick release. Not all tripods are equal, not to be confused or compared with a cheap junk. A very nice lightweight, smooth action, no jerky or bumpy stiff spots with smooth fine adjustment. A quality piece of kit at a great price. I noticed that in the photo the legs are not fully extended. There is another section to pull out of each leg so will go higher than the photo. I'm having a clear out so grab a bargain.
