The Bf-109E was the first variant to enter WWII.  With its fuel injected engine, it could out perform the Spitfire in negative g maneuvers.  This original model is complete with (normally missing) tail wheel and stabilizer brace.  Wingspan 5 12", fuselage,5".  Marked underbody with 'ME-109E" along with the Cruver ID and a mold date of Jul 42.
