Shipping

Shipping is NOT INCLUDED in the price. We will arrange white glove delivery for you. You will pay the shipper directly upon delivery. The cost will depend on your location. Please contact us at 336*423*7405 for a shipping estimate. .

Delivery

White glove shipping includes in-home delivery and setup to any room in your house. We do not offer basic white glove delivery and then charge you more for extra flights of stairs, assembly, etc. like many of our competetors. Our white glove service is the platinum level and all inclusive.

Please allow 1-6 weeks (varies based on location) as the carrier's transit time. The "estimated" delivery time in the top portion of the listing is our average delivery time. If you would like a more accurate estimate of when you can expect delivery, please contact us with your city and state and we will check with the shipper to see what their current schedule looks like.

The carrier will call prior to delivery to ensure that someone is home to receive the shipment. During that time they will give you a specific delivery date and three hour window to expect them on that date.

We will contact you promptly in the event of any unexpected shipping delays.

New - These are new, in the box. They include a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty that covers defects against materials and workmanship.

They may or may not be delivered in the box. Most of the time, white glove shippers unbox and inspect the item prior to pad wrapping and loading it onto the truck. New, Out of the Box - Brand new, mint condition, only out of the box and steeply discounted. They include a 1 Year Seller's Warranty that covers defects against materials and workmanship.

Showroom Sample - These are also new and out of the box. They will be received in like new to mint condition. All of these pieces are inspected by a master repairman and may have had minor touch ups performed to ensure a first quality product that you will be proud to own.They also include a 1 Year Seller's Warranty that covers defects against materials and workmanship.

Payment

• Paypal is our preferred payment vendor but we accept many forms of payment. Please contact us for details.

Returns and/or Cancellations

The item must be returned in its complete and original received condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We do charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns and 5% on all order cancellations. You will also be responsible for any transaction fees on a return if the order is past 60 days.

We will cover all shipping costs and waive all fees if your return is due to an error on our part. Shipping damage or manufacturer defects are not an "error on our part". We do not accept returns for shipping damage or manufacturer defects unless the item is damaged beyond repair and "one of a kind". We will cover these issues 100% and at our expense but it will be done by repair or replacement. The item(s) will be brought back to the shipper, professionally repaired (or replaced if the damage is not repairable), and redelivered at no additional cost to the customer.

We also do not cancel transactions and/or issue refunds due to an incorrectly shipped item. If you receive the wrong item, it will be returned by the shipper and the correct item will be delivered to you at no additional cost.

We don't want you to keep something that you do not want but we're also not running a mobile showroom. You can return an item for any reason but it will be subject to the terms above... 10% restocking fee, actual transaction fees, and actual shipping costs.
