If your Bose Solo 5 or Series II Soundbar died on you- not emitting any sound when power supply connected and no green light appears when On is pressed on a remote, you can disconnect all cables, turn soundbar over, undo 5 screws and remove cover. Then carefully disconnect Wireless cable, slowly lift motherboard out and disconnect cable from the other side of motherboard. Don't simply pull it- you need to squeeze near the the end of connector first- it will release fixing clip.

Safely pack your motherboard (not in jiffy envelope) and send it to me and I will fix it for you.

If you don't have screwdriver or skills for that matter, you can send whole Soundbar but need a good packaging box  to avoid damage during transport.

My address in a Business details at the bottom of a listing.

Repair will be done the same day I receive it but I will put 10 days because don't want to be penalized by ebay for non posting an item when I even haven't received it.
