This is a sealed copy of Resident Evil: Survivor for the PS1 graded at VGA 90 or Near Mint+ / Near Mint condition.  This is one of the best condition copies of this game in existence which is difficult to find in sealed condition, especially at this grade.  There are no material defects with the box or seal per the VGA 90 grade.

This is a unique spinoff to the Resident Evil series that featured first-person shooter gameplay.  As with any entry in the Resident Evil franchise, it is a must have for collectors.
