Made-to-Measure ProductsIn accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulation, we are unable to accept returns for our made-to-measure products. This policy extends to all made-to-measure blinds and curtains across our ranges, as well as ready-made roller blinds that have been cut to size. In the unlikely scenario of your blinds arriving damaged, we will arrange collection at our expense and proceed to repair or remake the blind. Our goal is to complete a remake order within 7-10 working days upon receiving the blind.
If you are unsatisfied with an order, it is your responsibility to notify us within 7 working days to ensure a prompt resolution.

Accurately measuring your window is the key to simplifying the process of selecting blinds for your home.
Precise measurements are essential and should be the first step when ordering a new blind.
Start by deciding whether you want to install the blind inside the window recess or outside of it.
Once this choice is made, follow the straightforward steps below to measure your window.
For Recess Fitting:
When fitting a blind into a recess, measure the width from wall to wall inside the recess at the top, middle, and bottom. Provide us with the smallest measurement. We then make a 0.5cm reduction to the overall width of the blind to ensure a proper fit within the space. Note that obstructions such as tiles can affect the measurement
For Exact Blind Size:
If fitting the blind outside the recess, measure the space you want the blind to cover.
We recommend a 10cm overlap to the width and drop.
The exact blind size includes the entire blind, including the brackets
For Roller Blinds:
Keep in mind that the actual fabric width will always be 3.5cm less than the exact blind size measurement provided.
