Vintage Original Jane Cahill Kovacic (1927-2022) 1951 figure drawing, signed middle left. In vintage wood frame with glass cover. We have a collection of her work we will be listing separately (see second to last picture). Last picture is self portraits done by Kovacic (not for sale). These came from the artist's estate. 

Frame is 23" by 19 1/8" and 3/4" dept. Exposed art is approx 10 1/2" by 8".

Frame has knicks and dings.

Jane Cahill Kovacic was born in Akron, Ohio in 1927. Jane attended Carnegie Mellon College in Pittsburgh. She worked as a fashion illustrator in New York (Lord & Taylor in the 40s and 50s), Cleveland (The May Company), and Akron at Polskys. Jane was an award winning artist. She belonged to the American and Ohio water color societies, and the Akron Society of Artists.
