Item Description

This is an acoustic guitar with an Alvarez brand pickup.

Alvarez is a brand developed by the American company St. Louis Music.

This guitar is a model called "5046".
Like the Gibson J-160E, it has a single-coil pickup in the neck position.
Since the bridge is a metal adjustable saddle, the strings are grounded, so you won't notice any noise even when connected to an amplifier.

The exterior has some scratches that are appropriate for the age.

Since I used it like an electric guitar, it has 10-46 electric strings, but the neck is currently straight.
When I bought it, it was straight with light gauge 12-53 for acoustic guitars, and when I changed it to 10-46, there was no change in the neck. It's a stiff neck, so I don't think the neck will warp much even if I put on a light gauge equivalent to an acoustic guitar in the future. The truss rod has never been touched since I purchased it.

The bridge does not peel off, and the adjustable saddle can be adjusted up and down.

It's a little hard to tell, but there are gouges around the 1st and 2nd frets of the fingerboard due to being played. The fingerboard is worn down, similar to the peeling of paint on the fingerboard that is often seen on vintage maple fingerboard fenders, but it does not affect playability.
There are some dimples on the 1st to 3rd frets, but this is common wear and tear, and currently there is no chatter.

It will be shipped in the chipboard case shown in the image.
