Very rare, impossible to find (!!) - a set of 2 Sevres Louis Philippe Tea Cups and Saucers.

Sevres (French 1745), two Chateau de Tuilerie gilt hard paste porcelain cups and saucers, one in pink and one in celeste blue, 1844 & 1846, having two putti centering on a crowned wreath containing the monogram of Louis Philippe, both pieces with a border of ivy leaves, marked to the underside.

Approx. cup h. 2.5", dia. 2.75"; saucer h. 0.75", dia. 5".
Condition
Pink cup with firing imperfection to the interior of the cup and some losses of pink ground to cup and saucer. Blue cup with chip and two cracks radiating down the body of the cup, no other apparent chips, cracks or restorations.
