           Handmade crocodile strap ( fits Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece )

             Single piece custom made watch strap


The selling item is one handmade crocodile watch strap ( fits Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece ), no including the watch and clasp/buckle.


The first strap sample ( 1st~8th photos ) was made: Maurice Lacroix MasterPiece black crocodile strap, width 20.9x19.8mm, length 92x102mm, thick 6mm taper to 2.3mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining. 



The second strap sample ( 9th ~16th photos ) was made: padded brown crocodile strap ( fit Maurice Lacroix MASTERPIECE MP6439-SS001-11E ), 21x20mm in width, 90x100mm in length, thick at watch lug end 6.0mm taper to 2.3mm at tail, brown stitching, dyed and burnished edges, brown calf lining.


The third strap sample ( 17th~22 photos ) was made: MAURICE LACROIX Masterpiece MP6439 black crocodile strap, width 21x18mm, length 85x95mm, thick 5.8mm taper to 2.3mm, black stitching, dyed and burnished edges, black calf lining.

     

The Maurice Lacroix MASTERPIECE MP6439-SS001-11E has a particular structure at watch lugs. There are a plastic insert at the lug end of the Maurice Lacroix original strap.   We produce the handmade crocodile strap (to fit Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece ) which without the inserts at lug end to avoid the rupture from the reverse side plastic insert of the strap.  And the handmade crocodile strap would be more durable than the OEM insert style crocodile strap.



Would the buyer please notice that: please tell me the specification of your custom strap, especially the strap sizes ( the width at both watch lug and buckle, and the strap length ), and the strap color that you prefer.


The padded crocodile strap is a particularly difficult hand made crocodile straps.

The middle layer of all most of the current OEM padded crocodile straps were made of some paper board pad.  

But the middle layer of our padded crocodile strap was made of genuine leather board pad. 

We pare the British soft calf leather to be a leather board pad to produce the padded middle layer of the crocodile strap.

After that, we glue together among the up side crocodile skin, the middle calf layer and the back side calf lining and sew these three pieces together with French Twine. 

Therefore, our handmade padded crocodile strap will be more durable than the OEM crocodile strap.


 艾美錶原廠的錶帶有使用硬膠的鑲入配件,錶帶非常容易從背面破裂開來. 因此我們提供訂製的代用錶帶,因為不含硬膠的鑲入配件,絕對比原廠錶帶更耐用和更便宜. 

這款手工訂製的鱷魚錶帶,在錶帶的錶耳端中間墊厚的材料,我們是採用英國的柔軟的小牛皮, 用手工削修成由厚減薄的造型; 然後再和上下另外兩層真皮材料,一起用法國麻線縫製成這款鱷魚錶帶.  因為太費工時了, 幾乎沒有人願意用手工製作這類 墊厚款式的鱷魚錶帶.    

錶帶厚度在錶耳處製作較厚的 6.0mm可以承受厚重的手錶,錶帶尾部搭配折疊扣製作較薄 2.3mm的厚度,佩戴起來可以既柔軟又舒適.

PS:許多各名牌手錶 的 墊厚款式的錶帶, 在中間墊厚的材料, 大都是採用 厚紙板 (在生產線上用紙漿朔型大量製作)做內襯. 所以原廠錶帶很容易從背面破裂開來. 

我們的手工錶帶都不含錶帶釦. 歡迎使用原廠的錶帶扣來訂製新錶帶.     我們沒有提供原廠的錶釦, 但有提供加價選購的代用錶帶釦.

These posting strap samples were sold by way of some custom strap order of my customers.  Each strap sample could be made a new custom made watch trap to fit your wrist size.

Would you please help me to confirm the strap width at both the watch lug end and the clasp.  And please tell me the strap length of your old strap. The new custom strap could be made to fit your wrist size. 


The handmade crocodile strap ( fit Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece and without the plastic insert ) is price at $ 300 USD, now charges the promotional price at $200 USD.  No including the clasp/buckle.

The price is due to the particularly difficult producing process. 


 

All of my crocodile straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of genuine leather ( include the front side crocodile skin, the middle calf pad and the reverse side calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges and waxed natural linen thread. 

The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread.     Please take a look at the last photo in which you can see our threads are the best.


Due to the hand made producing process is hard and time-consuming, We digest the orders very slow. It'll take about 2~3 weeks to make the new custom strap.
