Wilesco D320 Steam lorry

This nostalgic truck with cable remote control is a miniature model of a truck series from 1915. The transport of goods with such vehicles was slower at that time and had nothing to do with today's just-in-time deliveries. The truck with tarpaulin inspired by historical models has a fully functional steam propulsion. The boiler and the single-cylinder, double-acting unit specially designed for this mobile steam engine model are housed in the driver's cab. The roof of the driver's cab is held by a magnetic clasp and can be easily removed to fill the standing steam boiler with water. The burner lever is located between the wheels of the front axle of the Wilesco D320 steam truck. The steering (right/left) is done using a cable remote control located under the truck's cab. Note: Forward and reverse steering is not possible. The wood tarpaulin can be tipped backwards to unload.
