This is a solid alloy gear shift knob, brand new and boxed, supplied with 3 mounting adapters. 

Installation instructions:

The adapters are unthreaded on the inside, so need to be carefully fitted to your gear stick.

The sizes are:

12mm narrowing to 11mm

10mm narrowing to 8.5mm

8mm narrowing to 6.5mm

So select the most suitable size for your gear stick, and use a spanner or adjustable wrench to turn it gently to create the thread.

The spanner turning point must be at the bottom of the adapter.

Once the adapter is securely mounted onto your gear stick, you can gently screw on the shift knob.
