These earrings are absolutely gorgeous!  The earrings themselves are 10k white gold and the earring backs are 14k white gold.  The 5 x 5 x 2.5 mm  heart cut stones are synthetic pink sapphires.  (Synthetic stones are stones that are comprised of the same material and have the same properties as natural stones but have been grown in a lab instead of being mined.) The total weight of the earrings and backs are 0.56 grams.
