- Step 1. Wash headlights thoroughly to remove dir 2. mask the complete area around the headlight lens with a broad adhesive plastic tape to protect it from any treatment. 3. sandpaper polish (the most important step) it can also be replaced by a corner mill
- 1. use No.320 sandpaper to polish, suggested grinding for 5 minutes. so that the yellow surface is removed.
- Step 2: Use No.600 sandpaper to polish. suggested grinding for 5 minutes. The yellow surface is basically abrade.
- Step 3: Use No.1000 sandpaper to polish. suggested grinding for 5 minutes. so that rough surface smooth.
- Step 4: Use No.2000 sandpaper to polish. suggested grinding for 5 minutes. so that the surface of the mirror effect.
- Step 5: 1. Wrap the dust-free paper on the sponge. Drop the headlight repair smear on dust-free paper(Only need to be soaked) 2. Apply in a crisscross pattern to a depth. 3. Id there is a part of matte or impermeable after the first application, you can immediately apply a few drops of lotion to the matte position to repair the permeability.
