Holes 33"-37.5", but could be made smaller with any of the grommets
The suede in front is furry and the back is smoother. Was it once all furry? Or all smooth?
Two darker spots in back and one in front, to the left of the buckle, as shown in photos. The buckle is two layers of suede. One spot of buckle came unglued (last photo). But still very attached with the grommets.
